The son of Mehmed Şekib Pasha, who died while he was an officer in the Council of Ministers, dated 18 Cemaziyelahir 1313/6 December 1895,Thursday.

SANATSAL FORM HAKKINDA

18.yüzyıl sürecinde bezeme programının yoğun olmasından doğan ihtiyacı karşılamak için uygun yüzeye sahip olanlahit mezarlar; bitkisel ve geometrik motiflerin en hareketli formlarını barındırmaktadırlar. Lahit uzun kenarda merkezde bir tam ve iki yarım bitkisel motifli madalyonvardır. kenarlarda ise alt ve üst köşede birer gülbezek buketi bulunmaktadır. Bu şekilde pano formları oluştur.

Baş ve ayak şahidelerinin kaide kısmında akant yaprakları vardır.Baş taşında kitabesimermer üzerine Celî Ta'lik sanatı işlenmiştir.

ABOUT THE ARTISTIC FORM

The sarcophagustombs with a suitable surface to meet the need arising from the intense decoration programespecially during the 18th century, contain the most dynamic forms of vegetal and geometric motifs.On the long side of the sarcophagus, there is one full and two half floral medallion in the center. On the sides, there is a bouquet of roses on the upper and lower corners.

There are acanthus leaves on the pedestal of both the headstone and feetstone. On the headstone, the epitaph was engraved on marblein Jali Taliq.
